Yes initial training of your custom system and on going support is included in your monthly cost.

Minor updates such as changing a field names, adding static fields, adding/changing company logo, updating a simple button placement or color are all included and not chargeable. Also any bugs in the system will also be fixed free of charge.

Complex change requests such as workflow modifications, adding new custom reports or updating exisiting report with fields across different tables, adding views,
changing current system business logic are chargeable at $199 per hour.
